Hi there I have had my unit for a couple of weeks but now the lights do not work at all when I engage it???ย  I have turned my phone on and off unplugged re-plugged to know avail, can you please tell me why my the lights are not working on my unit??? I am desperate to use the unit and so I have two fractured wrists so need to get this fixed as soon as possible please advise...

For ICs that have more than 1 ingredient in them, does it still count as one IC? For example, the liver support imprint lists licorice root and milk thistle as ingredients. Does this count as 2 or 1 IC? If I am to put a max of 6 in a personal complex, would I add 4 or 5 more? Other single ICs like the amino acid ones list far more than 2 in them.
