PT-141, also known as Bremelanotide, is a peptide hormone treatment for both men and women to help improve sexual function. It may be used to help with erectile dysfunction as well as impotence and premature ejaculation in men. PT-141 may also be used to improve female sexual dysfunction (FSD) in women and hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) in premenopausal women. It may also be used to increase libido, arousal, and sexual desire in both men and women.
