Phenazopyridine hydrochloride is a pain reliever that affects the lower part of the urinary tract (bladder and urethra). It is used to treat urinary symptoms such as pain or burning, increased urination, and increased urge to urinate; however, it can not treat urinary tract infection.
Undecylenic acid is an unsaturated fatty acid that is most commonly used to treat fungal infections. It can be used topically for fungal skin infections such as jock itch, athlete's foot, fungal nail infections, and tinea versicolor. It can also be taken internally to treat dysbiosis that includes overgrowth of Candida or other yeast/mold organisms.
Amphotericin B is a strong anti-fungal medication used to treat deep-rooted fungal infections and leishmaniasis. It can be appropriate in the treatment of aspergillosis associated with mold-related illness, as well as other infections that include blastomycosis, candidiasis, coccidioidomycosis, and cryptococcosis. It is recommended that this IC be used with balancing ICs such as the spore-based probiotic, butyrate, and/or other probiotic support formulas that are available as IC.
Fluconazole is used to treat fungal infections, primarily those caused by the fungus Candida which can affect the mouth, throat, esophagus, lungs, bladder, genital area, and blood. It can also be used to prevent candidiasis in people with weakened immune systems caused by, for example, bone marrow transplants.
Clarithromycin is a macrolide antibiotic that is used to treat various bacterial infections such as strep throat, pneumonia, sinus infections, ear infections, skin infections (e.g. impetigo, cellulitis), and H. pylori infections associated with duodenal ulcers.
Ciprofloxacin is used to treat bacterial infections that cause bone and joint infections, gastroenteritis, lower respiratory tract infections, skin and skin structure infections (e.g. cellulitis, folliculitis), urinary tract infections, prostatitis, and anthrax. It can also be used to treat acute uncomplicated cystitis in women, uncomplicated cervical and urethral gonorrhea, acute sinusitis, infectious diarrhea, and typhoid fever.
Hepatitis A is a liver disease caused by the hepatitis A virus that infect the liver cells and causes inflammation. The virus is usually spread when a person ingests food or water that has been contaminated or from close contact with a person or object that is infected. Another common source is shellfish that has not been cooked. Azithromycin is used to treat a number of bacterial infections including middle ear infections, strep throat, lung infections (e.g. pneumonia), certain intestinal infections (e.g. traveler's diarrhea), and some sexually transmitted diseases (i.e. gonorrhea, chlamydia).
