Can not download any of my ic

To whom it may concern: Dear Sir/Madam, I need help to download my Ic. I did not use my platform for about 18 days. Now I restarted using it, but could not download any of my ic. It let me to select "Start IC transfer" and then, when I click on " Glowing IC pad", nothing have happened. I would appreciate your quick response. Thank you, Irene Bernstein

Cara Irene, probabilmente stai usando iPad o forse qualche altro dispositivo mobile Apple. Abbiamo avuto lo stesso problema e lo abbiamo risolto aggiornando il software sull'iPad. Per farlo, tocca sul tuo iPad: Impostazioni> Generali> Aggiornamento software. Con le versioni precedenti del software, la piattaforma IC e altri siti Web potrebbero non funzionare come previsto.
