Pine pollen, which comes from various pine tree species, is sometimes referred to as a “superfood” and has long been used for various health-related purposes such as boost immune system function, improve digestion, support heart health, increase energy/endurance, fight fatigue, enhance brain function, boost testosterone level, improve skin/nail/hair health, decrease symptoms related to hangovers, balance hormone levels, and decrease inflammation.
